We offer an inital telephone consultation at no cost, during which we analyze where the client is in the transition process and discuss the client's objectives.  We review the client's current strategy and resume, and discuss his or her experience and skills in the transition process.  We review how we can assist the client to achieve his or her objectives, whether it be through specific activities such as a resume review and tune-up, training for a pending interview, or developing a comprehensive, objective-based approach to securing a new position.  We understand the challenges, financial and otherwise, that individuals in transition face, and we try to accommodate those needs while still providing an individualized, confidential solution to transition planning and management.

We are located in Fairfield County, Connecticut and meet with clients face-to-face throughout the tri-state area.  We also work on a virtual basis, often utilizing Skype so that we can simulate face-to-face meetings when we are not in close geographic proximity.
